            Our Home Finders Service is simple.  You contact us with the name and address of a motivated home seller, we make an offer, then we pay you $500.00 cash if the offer is accepted and we successfully close on the property.  It can be a single-family home, townhouse, or condo.  Then just repeat, repeat, repeat and you can earn a lot of money!  By providing leads on just four houses per month, you could earn $2,000.00 - not bad for part-time cash!
